I ordered this kit to install a new waterproof vinyl floor as the product description clearly stated that it was laminate/vinyl flooring but the bumper did not cover the edges of the vinyl floor is cut to size and needs to be mounted. that it comes up to the edge with every hammer blow, otherwise you will damage the locking grooves. Also, the hammer is bolted on and I had to keep tightening it, but this problem can be avoided by applying some thread lock to it before use. The spacers worked great and were more than enough to get the job done. This is a very good laminate installation kit at a very good price, but there are better vinyl flooring options.
