Ideal for baking

I was reluctant to buy them for baking cakes as the reviews were more about soap. Made my first brownies today. They cook well, slip out instantly when cool (no non-stick spray used) and clean up easily in the top rack of the dishwasher. My cakes were baked at 350° and I had no problems with this heating. There is no "weird" taste. To celebrate, I placed them on the baking stones in the oven (which were preheated by the oven). Not sure if it improved the pastry but it came out great!
