Review on 💾 Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz Desktop Memory - CMZ16GX3M2A1600C9, PC3 12800, 1.5V by Brian Wesley

Bought these to replace the defective 8GB (2x4GB) DIMMs that came with my computer. Charges easily and works well. Just a caveat/note: By default, this RAM runs at 1333MHz. You need to go into your BIOS and enable the Intel XMP profile for it to run at 1600MHz. This seems strange since 1600MHz is the default setting on most (if not all) Haswell enabled motherboards. I wish I could give 4.5 stars as this is a relatively small thing, but I think if you don't know how to look for it you won't realize that it runs at a slower speed. PS If you're buying this for use in an AMD compatible motherboard I have no idea what your memory speed experience will be. Overall, I'm very happy I bought this!
