Great product for kids and adults
I bought this product to strengthen my 11 year old and mine hand. Wouldn't recommend slapping as they aren't designed for it. They should strengthen the throwing arm. Balls are color coded for easy identification. You also have an ounce. on every ball. They are great for helping anyone build strong rotator muscles and help strengthen other muscles that help with throwing.
