Review on Sylvania SKCR Under Cabinet Clock Radio: Bluetooth Streaming, FM Radio & Music System by David Vargas

I expected more from this device. It only has FM band and there is almost no reception. I installed the unit under cabinets in my garage only to be amazed that I couldn't get a single station when I turned it on. I thought the metal garage door was protecting/interfering with the unit, but the reception didn't change much after opening the door. I dismantled the block and took it outside and only got 2-3 channels of static of any kind. When switched on the reception changed (suggesting that the ferrite antenna inside is very directional and as there is no way to connect an amplifier or antenna I had to send the unit back.
