Review on πŸŒ™ Gentle Living Cooling Neck Pillow: Ultimate Pain Relief & Support for a Restful Sleep by Jessica Ward

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Definitely try it out if you have a stiff neck or back pain

For me, sleeping on my back with a regular pillow causes neck stiffness the next day. This often leads to neck deformities during exercise or other normal daily tasks. I have been looking for a long time for a pillow that will allow me to sleep on my back the next morning without neck pain and this is by far the best I have found. I am a 5ft 7in male and this pillow fits perfectly under my neck for support while still keeping my shoulders level with the bed and allowing my head to rest lightly on the bed. I use it alone under my neck with no other pillow. If you are significantly smaller than this you may need a narrower pillow than this but I am not sure. Since starting this I have had a significant reduction in neck stiffness and pain. I have not noticed any smell from the pillows sometimes made from memory foam even when it was fresh out of the box. When the pillow arrived it was enclosed with a $10 Revain gift certificate for taking a very short survey (it took me less than 2 minutes) I also received an email offering to take a second one Pillows with damaged packaging can be obtained free of charge. I don't know how long these offers will last, but they've added value to an already bargain item. I have very few bad things to say about the pillow. While this allows you to sleep on your side or face down by sliding the pillow from your neck to your head, I don't think it's as comfortable as a regular side or front pillow. But that's really not what it's designed for, so I can't really complain. I usually just put another pillow next to her in case I want to roll onto my side or forward at night and that solves the problem. If you experience neck pain or stiffness when sleeping on your back, I highly recommend you try this pillow.
