Great for homeschooling/kids/yourself!
I love this timer! It's great for homeschooling time, giving kids time limits, setting time limits for yourself... read other great reviews, I have nothing more to add! It's a bit strange when you first use it and expect to hear a little tick or do something to show it's working. If there isn't dead silence in the room, you won't hear it. But it works, and very well! The optics are very helpful.
- MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION: The construction of the mechanical movement allows it to run without a battery, so turn it first clockwise up to 60 minutes and then counterclockwise to the desired minute EVERY TIME! Otherwise it doesn't work
