Review on Hand blender Bamix M200 Superbox, silver by Agata Andrukiewicz ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The item is of good quality, there is only one minor defect.

We chose a blender model for a long time, the main requirements were compactness, quality, durability, and some functions - in particular, a potato pancake grater. We studied a lot of information on the Internet, and at one of the forums we came to the founder of submersible blenders - Bamiks. The cost of buying a blender fully justifies. Slice has flaws. Conclusion - I advise you to take a blender, and separately something else for cutting and grater.

Pros
  • Blender - the feeling of a piece of steel in the hands: - relatively quiet, powerful, compact, easy to clean, store, use. - perfectly makes mayonnaise, - a meat chopping knife cuts potatoes (previously cut into pieces) into a very tender dough for potato pancakes, a mill grinds finely nuts, cheese, herbs. - you can make puree soup directly in a hot pot on the stove. Other functions - just like other blenders - make baby puree, mix the dough for thin pancakes into a homogeneous mass, etc. Slicy: - compact combiner, takes up minimal space, easy to fold and use. - chop pieces of meat into minced meat. If you want finely - chop longer, and the mass will be homogeneous in the end. Rubs vegetables, but with flaws.
Cons
  • Blender: - does not whip milk into foam as shown in the advertisement (it is not clear what is missing - after all, everything is done there in front of our eyes) - for mayonnaise, you need a special glass for mayonnaise. It won't work in any other dish. Slicy: - a rather noisy machine, after a blender it is unusually all plastic. - when rubbing vegetables on the grater, rather large pieces remain that the rotating grater cannot capture, and they simply spin along with the disc. If you rub a lot of vegetables - for example, radish, then at least 1-2 pieces will remain in the waste. - the "rising" bottom, with which you can get the product without "staining the walls", rises very hard, especially if it is meat. I don't really use this "handy" feature. - the lid, in which the mechanism is located, is not washed, while there are many uneven places on it and the rotating cross itself, on which pieces of meat and vegetables often remain. No matter how you wipe it, the smell still remains. - a meat chopping knife cuts raw potatoes, but not as finely as the blender itself, potato pancakes turn out to be "grainy".
