My husband is making a lot of keto snacks in an effort to lose weight. He makes ice cream in a mason jar that's out of this world. These molds will allow him to be even more creative in terms of snack making.The size is good and its easy to clean. It would have been nice for these molds to come with more than 10 wooden sticks. The mold feels a bit flimsy but we don't others to compare it with. It's important to keep it on a flat surface for obvious reasons.I can't speak regarding longevity because we just got them recently. If any issues arise I will post an update.
