The MutliMix hand mixer from Braun is a well-made and reliable mixer. It's all plastic, but the plastic is high-quality and the blender feels good in your hand thanks to the rubberized grip. The beaters and kneading hooks are also strong and well made. Whisks are quickly and easily inserted into the blender. The blender will not turn on without the agitators installed, which is very convenient. The speed dial is large and easy to adjust with a wide range of speeds and almost infinite adjustment. There is no speed increase button, pause function, timer or backlight under the racquets. compared to my Breville hand mixer. I will say that the Braun is quieter than the Breville, it doesn't have a fan to suck in the flour while kneading, and it has a wider RPM range. Works well when mixed. It doesn't vibrate in your hand, balances well, and handles pancake, cookie, and bread batters with ease. It's very powerful compared to most hand mixers, but the Breville is slightly more powerful.
