The software has been very useful in handling our customer support tickets from multiple locations around US as well as outside countries like India etc via WFH mode! It's great for tracking work orders too - which I find quite helpful when we are working remotely while maintaining regular office hours schedule at one place or another time zone across world wide offices! There can be some improvements if it was more user friendly but that could also have its own advantages since this would require additional input/time investment from development team side so not sure about what exactly they should improve upon here :). Our ticketing system used by all departments including sales department & HRMS systems now using only front desk product instead of other products (like Zendesk).
