Great tool with high potential in data collection

It easy to use, very intuitive, and has all the features I need. There are many features to help make your life easier. Some of them are not as intuitive as others. If you have never used SEM before, it can be confusing at first. But once you get used to its interface, it becomes very helpful. Make sure you do a thorough test run before using this software for anything serious. Try out demo mode first to see if you like the program. Great Product with Amazing Customer Support

The software has been very useful in handling our customer support tickets from multiple locations around US as well as outside countries like India etc via WFH mode! It's great for tracking work orders too - which I find quite helpful when we are working remotely while maintaining regular office hours schedule at one place or another time zone across world wide offices! There can be some improvements if it was more user friendly but that could also have its own advantages since this would…
