The capability to have a single system to use for all my email addresses and phone numbers. Overall, the system seems to have been built from the ground up for the needs of the organization, and it seems to be a very well thought out system. The system is very difficult to learn and navigate, which means that I have trouble using the system for the benefit of my company and the customers we serve. The system is cumbersome to use, and it's hard to get to the information you need to make decisions. It's a very long way from the problem to the solution. I'm looking for an easy to use system.
