Works as described. Note, however, that the Kirby Nozzle Lock screw does not "screw in". This is not due to this product or the screw itself, but to the design of the nozzle plug. The nozzle locking screw must not be removed. In order for it to work or stay in place, you'll need to flatten its threaded end. I did this by simply placing the Kirby fan housing in place with the nozzle retainer, screw and spring. I kept the pressure up and hit it once with a hammer to flatten it. This keeps it locked and in place.
