This is a functional bag with soft sides. It has 4 external zippered pockets, they all fit my iPhone 11 Pro. Two more zipped compartments - the main compartment and a smaller one at the front for thin things. The bottom of the bag is a little stiff, but if you put something heavy in it, it pulls it down. I also think it's a good travel bag because you can organize access to many items, but it's not easy for a thief to get at due to the design of the zippers. I can hardly equip my iPad Air with the full keyboard. This is a bonus. The only issue I see with this bag due to the lack of structure is that it weighs heavily on your shoulders when loaded. The strap is wide and made of canvas. It can be packed for travel and looks nice too.
