I used the entire assembly line for our son. I was very apprehensive about adding anything extra to our plate but to be honest the benefits outweighed any inconveniences. We don't really care about the environment, but for most this is the biggest plus. For us we chose the value of not having to keep buying large packs of disposables, yes the initial cost is higher but we only had to buy diapers when he changed size 1 to 2 and refilled the solution for wipes and detergent. Watching friends with babies fight waste, I was struck by how much better the fabric and bedspread contained some absolutely disgusting things. The best thing about this system is how easy it was to do from home. We used everything there was on offer, detergent makes a huge difference, a few trips out of town without it really shows how well it cleans. Honestly, we've never felt uncomfortable with the cloth diaper system. Even when traveling it was easy and I never had to pull to the curb to remove the car seat. Forever grateful.

Pros
  • MOST COMMON USE: At the first sign of redness or rash, apply liberally to clean, dry skin after each diaper change until irritation disappears. Continue to use for 12-24 hours after the rash has healed. Apply the balm to the skin like a lotion for maximum effect. Rash Relief Cream is only needed for diaper rash - try Esembly Daily Balm (sold separately) for everyday skin protection.
Cons
  • Slightly torn
