I like that it's easy to use, has all of my contacts in one place so they can be sorted into different groups as needed or required by our business partners/customers etc., allows us access via mobile devices which is very useful when we are out at events where there might not always have internet available! It would make more sense if you could export data from this system but otherwise its great!! We've been able solve many problems related specifically around customer service calls such issues regarding billing codes being outdated before customers receive them making phone call follow ups difficult - now these things don't happen anymore because everything about each contact / issue gets logged right away allowing reps quick answers without having multiple people looking up information across systems (which used too often). Also makes reporting much easier since reports generated automatically pull info straight off specific accounts instead me manually pulling through other sources then copying over results back here once completed.- Integ.
