I like them a lot - I haven't used them for a long time.
I really like them - I don't use them long enough to speak about long term benefits - but since you need oil to use them my skin looks much more hydrated and firm (tight, firm) . Cups are addictive because the increased blood flow to these areas of the body makes you feel refreshed and invigorated. You will feel refreshed after use.
