I've tried various PAGG formulas (4HB and all) and all (except this one) were fine. This product smells garlicky to the point where you can't use these pills unless you're immediately attacked by vampires, and even then you might think twice. I mean, if you really hate your co-workers, your spouse, your kids, your dog, people who pass you on the street, and people in the next zip code, by all means let it go. Otherwise hands off. I actually threw both bottles in the trash.
