The best part about this tool for me personally was that I could easily create my own connectors to other tools without having any code at all! It's easy enough so anyone can use it with little training or coding knowledge required (it has tutorials).

Also they have great customer support if you run into issues along your way - which we did not experience much of in our first week using their product but were able solve quickly when needed through chat/email communication channels provided by them as well.- Not being familiar wtih NodeJS before starting out- Lack customization options available initially after creating new connector from scratch compared ot some others where there are more customizations possible right away once created like Zapier etc.. Overall its been very helpful solving problems related around data integration between different platforms such AWS Redshift & S3 vs MySQL DBs via Athena API endpoints within another system called Db2 Cloud Data Services.
