Fantastic tool for remote monitoring and troubleshooting any software applications

It's easy to use with great customer support available at all hours of day or night! I like how it allows me access from anywhere without having an internet connection which makes my work life much easier while traveling across countries as well when working remotely (or being stuck somewhere where WiFi doesn't exist). Sometimes not sure if there are emails going undelivered so sometimes have trouble reaching out about issues we may be seeing through our systems but their team always responds…

  • Also excellent Customer Service Support Team who works hard every single hour around clock !:)

Singular Intelligence - Review about Marketing Operations

I like how it has all kinds of features to help us with our daily tasks as well as long-term goals such as building an omni channel strategy. It can be confusing at times when you first start using but once we get used to everything then its great! There are some things that could use improvement however nothing too major so far. We have been able to automate many processes within marketing operations which was not possible before. This allows me to spend more time focusing my efforts elsewhere

  • Simple to understand, intuitive UI.
  • Fast execution of models.
Cons
  • Expensive.
  • It lacks a lot of the functions that other tools have (e.g., segmentation).
  • In some cases, we ran into issues trying to build models.
