Very fast implementation time frame, great customer service

The interface is very user friendly and easy to implement. The support team is very responsive and helpful. I like that they do not have a lot of additional features that you don't need. They are solving a problem that we were having with our insurance provider. They can get you up and running quickly and easily. I have not found anything that I do not like about this product. The quick setup and easy integration into our environment is the biggest benefit. I have yet to see anything I dislike about this product. It has been an absolute pleasure working with their team.
