Tool received on time and in good condition and complete as advertised. Good quality cases. I haven't used this tool yet, but I've used similar products from other vendors. From the first inspection the quality and finish of this instrument is very good. The quality of the bearing is more than sufficient to install the balancer. The threaded rod appears to be of very high quality and again, if properly lubricated, is more than fit for purpose. I give the tool and the seller high marks for a good product.
