I have had the chair for 3 days now and I am very satisfied with this product. The seat and headrest are nice and wide. I like that you can raise your hands. It's convenient when you're sitting at your desk, you don't have to lower your chair when you get closer. Excellent back support. I'm 1.80m tall and was a little worried that the backrest and headrest wouldn't be high enough for me. I have found that this is NOT the case with this chair. The height of the headrest is more than sufficient for me. I can lean back comfortably. This chair is also very easy to assemble. Most of the assembly is already done. Hands are already gathered and on a chair. I assembled it very quickly. This is my second chair from SAMOFU and I have to say they do an excellent job of customer satisfaction. Although my first experience with them wasn't great, they contacted me and offered to replace the chair I'm buying with a newer and better model or give me a full refund and that was 4 months after my original purchase . I give the company 5 stars for great products and great customer support.
