Does the job with little initial frustration
Cuts cheese as desired. However, as mentioned in a previous review, there is a small gap between the cutting wheel and the body that a 1/8 inch chunk of cheese can fall through. Honestly, that doesn't bother me and I'll try to place the cheese at an angle to avoid this if possible. For the price and quality I expect this shredder will last a long time and be used frequently despite this flaw!
