I swapped out the previous redmi 5 plus for this *, which is also functional. While it was bad, this one takes the cake. As it has so many issues right out of the box, it is unrealistic to expect any usefulness from it at the beginning. Hardly seldom does the camera start up because the CPU won't eject it. On rare occasions when it doesn't freeze and reboot, the image doesn't always work. The memory is insufficient for even a single Chrome download. The page is reloaded and an error message is displayed. In all honesty, I would not have bought it for a thousand dollars even if the firm had offered it to me. Xiaomi's phones and software optimization are both bad. For business, I'll be using my samsung s21, and for play, I'll be taking a Sony Xperia 1III. If you and your pals really want to save money, do it on a regular phone instead of this piece of trash.
