Review on 🧪 Hanna Combo pH/EC/TDS/C/PPM Tester HI98129: Reliable and Efficient Multi-Parameter Testing Solution by Original Mansel

I would give 3-4 stars if it was about half the price. I calibrated it with Hanna's solutions according to the instructions. The pH was slightly above 1.2. I calibrated it and then the calibration solutions differed by 0.05, so I calibrated again and it got worse. There was no cross-contamination of the solutions, and the temperature readings differed by 3 degrees when compared to the always-exact digital and mercury thermometers. TDS is everywhere. At this price you should get better quality and carrying/storage case for such a delicate instrument. You pay for the water resistance, that's all. If you have the money for a decent meter, spend another $50 and get a Hanna Instruments HI 9813-6N Waterproof pH/EC/TDS Temperature Meter with Manufacturer Cleaning and Calibration Verification. It comes with a spare 3ft probe, runs on a standard 9V battery, comes with calibration solutions and a carrying case. I would skip that.
