I gave it a very good rating as it generally does the job, but this part broke. I had to fix the car so I didn't have extra time to send it back and get a new one. The parts that help bolt it to the car to keep it from moving both of us broke and they aren't in the package either. I had to tie him to the car to keep him from moving.
