I wanted soft shoes so my child would get used to things on their feet. I would say they are soft. The color is beautiful and they look just like the picture. The problem is they are sooooo cheap! The heel strap fell off 5 seconds after unboxing. It wasn't even on my baby's leg before it fell off. I tried to properly fit the shoe to my child's foot with another shoe and the back tongue fell off as well, all within 2 minutes. It was almost comical, but then I realized I was the sucker putting money into this stuff. At least they fit together now. I wish I could get a refund but she really likes them on her feet.
