Review on WALNEW Surface Protective Sleeve Tablet by Daniel Taylor

After I posted my first review, I was contacted by the manufacturer of this product to ask about my experience. I explained my concerns and that it was not what I expected. They said that this review was sent to the product manager to improve the product in the future and offered a full refund if I requested it. As I had already left the US I could not return the product but they refunded the amount in full anyway. I'm updating my rating to reflect their level of support and helpfulness, although I still don't like the case itself. .****************Original Rating******************************** * *** *** Looks very cheap. inferior quality. I didn't want to use it, it's not comfortable at all. It doesn't look like it was made for SB 2. I would not recommend it.
