Before I ordered it I had questions I wanted answered so I submitted my questions. They responded with answers in less than 12 hours. When it arrived I was worried about the hard drive. They responded within 6 hours so 5 stars for product support. I hooked everything up to test everything to make sure everything was working properly before I routed the plumbing and installed the camera. Connecting was easy, some settings took a few minutes but that's not a problem. Overall, I'm very satisfied, which is why I'm giving it 5 stars for now. If there are any changes or problems I will post them. But with the support service that I have already received I do not see any problems as they respond quickly to fix or solve the problem. I would recommend this device to anyone.
