The staff at code9 is professional friendly & very well trained in all aspects concerning their job duties! They also have great communication skills as they interact with customers/clients via phone calls or emails which helps to get my questions answered quickly!! Their rates may be high but I think that it's worth every penny for this type service needed from time-to-time throughout an organization such as mine (i'm part owner).

Nothing really so far - just make sure you understand what your expectations will entail before hiring them out because there can sometimes lead differences between clients thoughts vs employees actions regarding issues within contracts etc.- especially if not clearly stated up front by either party when signing off contract paperwork / agreements! If i could say anything negative about working wtih these guys its probably how strict some rules seem like we're treated more than others who don.
