I was a bit skeptical about buying these bits due to some negative reviews I saw; Some of these contained bits that arrived with rust. However, mine arrived in optimal conditions. Shipping was incredibly fast (thanks Prime). At first I thought I was working with aluminum but it appears I was working with wood when these bits went through; or a combination of aluminum and wood. I greased them with some oil so they don't get too hot. I applied heavy pressure and walked at a moderate pace. Drilling took no more than 10-15 seconds and I went through the hairpin turn. Very happy as I did a small home project (which I was really annoyed about having to buy different parts for the project each time). day) is much softer. And now just finished. I imagine their reliability may vary depending on the complexity of the task, but for small tasks (mounting TVs, hanging things from the ceiling or walls of the garage, etc.) they should do very well.
