Perfect for small spaces

This drill bit set is perfect for the air drill/grinder/grinder I bought from Revain. I've had a few projects that just needed a smaller drill and it really fit the bill. They are sharp and cut perfectly through the metal I need to make a hole just a little pressure and straight through. They work so well with my air tool that I end up using them more than I intended.

Not recommended for exhaust manifold bolts

Tried using them with a 90* drill bit adapter to remove the rear bolt from the cylinder head on my suburban LS1. Unfortunately, no amount of slow speed or cutting oil could keep the bolt from going a millimeter and dulling it. 3/16" and 1/8" in particular went in a lot, but at this point the 3/16" bit is over and I'm now pulling the heads out to use a real club.

Broke Instantly for Twist Drills

I really wanted to like them as they are perfect for my job, but within the first minute of drilling into a piece of soft aluminum with the drill, the drill broke in half. These are short and blunt bits that should be stronger than regular length bits, but they snapped right away. There wasn't much pressure and the material wasn't an issue. it just fell apart. I can only assume a manufacturing defect and therefore cannot recommend this product.

Racket may bend when heated

We had to drill some 2x10 pressure treated joists with close spacing. I had to use an angle adapter for a drill as well as short drills. I sewed 4-5 of these from this set using a 3/8 bit and it bent at the base (see picture). Disappointed but willing to admit the bit got quite hot and the torque action of the angled adapter could be to blame. For this reason I do not give 1 star and leave it neutral at 3 stars. Also, they have a hard time punching through 2" wood (which is actually only 1.675"

They will help you get through.

I was a bit skeptical about buying these bits due to some negative reviews I saw; Some of these contained bits that arrived with rust. However, mine arrived in optimal conditions. Shipping was incredibly fast (thanks Prime). At first I thought I was working with aluminum but it appears I was working with wood when these bits went through; or a combination of aluminum and wood. I greased them with some oil so they don't get too hot. I applied heavy pressure and walked at a moderate pace…

These drills are great, cut through tin like butter.

Very happy with these drill bits, they have exceeded all my expectations. They are much sharper than my other Milwaukee, Bosch or DeWalt bits and make very clean holes in sheet metal very quickly and with very little pressure. Can't speak to their durability yet but so far they are working fantastic after drilling 50 holes in 26g galvanized sheet metal almost day and night unlike what I'm used to from bits from major tool manufacturers. I don't have high end professional machine tools so I…

Good buy and unique solution

I was pleasantly surprised with the Brad Point tips I received - they are very well made and showed no signs of rusting or long term durability. I'm sure it varies from package to package, but what I received was decently finished (better than most cheap Chinese drill bits, but not high quality grinding, finishing or sharpening). They all rotate correctly, and the two I've used so far both cut well - really got me out of a bind repairing a narrow adjustable bookshelf and installing dowels in an
