This is such a stupid product but I couldn't figure out how to make it myself. You'll get some slightly curved plastic pieces and some velcro to attach them to the back of the TV. First, make sure your speakers are actually at the bottom of the TV and not at the back. I used a mirror and a flashlight to search the floor until I saw the speaker cone behind the vents. Then attach the head so that it "shovels" the sound forward. I did notice a noticeable treble boost, which is to be expected as the treble is very directional, almost to the point of noise. This is great if you're a bit hard of hearing because the highs come first. Installation would be easier if they supplied a strip of velcro instead of two tiny squares as it doesn't hold the vanes firmly in place and it's difficult to adjust once they're stuck. The velcro is so strong that it usually pulls both pieces off rather than separating them. But scoops do their job, just keep your expectations realistic.
