The fabric is very soft, and so is the filling- too soft. The bolsters are flimsy and the bottom pad is more like a pillow that when laying on you feel the floor through it-The picture makes this bed look sturdier and thicker. I took a picture of my pup in the bed and you can see that when he puts his face on the edge it just sinks. The material is like a soft pillow vs a matress or anything foam based.Now, he is obviously not complaining and seems to really like it, so I will keep it and see how it holds up.
