The most helpful thing about this product was that it helped us keep track of all our defect tickets without having them clog up in different folders or emailing back & forth with each other over issues we were trying solve at once! It has been difficult keeping some things organized because they are not integrated very much (at least I can't find anything online).
We have also had problems creating tests from scratch using their IDE which makes me question how useful its really meant to be if you cannot use your own tools when solving bugs/defects? Its good practice tracking but does little else than create more work by organizing tasks outside an actual ticket system like JIRA or Bugzilla would do better.
