Phone appears to be unlocked but will not connect to AT&T SIM card. When AT&T launched the IMEI, it received an error message stating that the device could no longer be supported due to the decline of 3G. Basically they were telling me that international/global phones are blocked by US carriers and that these phones are useless in the US. This is the second phone I have tried unsuccessfully to get from Revain. As soon as you get the phone, it's best to call your ISP right away and ask them to run the IMEI to see if it can even connect to the network or if it's actually unlocked. My previous phone was completely blocked because the first owner didn't pay the bill. I've spent a lot of time with these phones and found that the testing criteria for these refurbished phones from various sellers are very poor. The phone was in excellent condition overall but unusable as a real phone.
