Fragile screws and synthetic wood

Buy better screws. Four of the eight screws holding the knobs had their heads broken off when screwed into the pre-drilled holes. Please note that the advertisement refers to high-quality wood. This is chipboard with a vinyl coating. ball casters? No, only rubber wheels. I bought this one and not others that are $30-$40 less because it's wood. Aside from the flimsy screws, assembly was pretty easy - just make sure you have an L-shaped Philips screwdriver. The top tray is not to be trusted as the handles are only held on by 4 of the 8 screws.
