It's easy to get started with EOS when you're new or even if you've been using some of its features since it was first released! The interface makes getting around so much easier than other systems out there - especially compared to what we used before (HIMSS). I wish that they would have provided more integration options at launch time; however this has not negatively impacted our business one bit. So far as a CRM tool goes, nothing really stands out about EOS. We are able to use all of the standard functions like creating quotes/orders etc., but also utilize their custom software which allows us to do things better than traditional programs such as inventory tracking and price optimization across multiple sales channels. I like the features that it has to help me manage my inventory better, especially when there are so many users using this software. It can be tough at times figuring out how certain things work or where information should go! But once you get used to all of it it's easy to use and helps with accuracy! Tracking your Inventory and being able to make sure everything gets moved around correctly!
