Review on Clip On Blue Light Blocking Glasses: Combat Digital Eye πŸ‘“ Strain, Fatigue, and Glare for Better Eye Health and Quality Sleep by Faten Teller

Worked to relieve the eyes. I'm glad I bought them and if you use a computer I would highly recommend them.

I'm having trouble seeing as I write this due to rubbing my eyes and battling dermatitis around my eyes. I bought these Anti Blue Light Clip On Clips to see if they would help reduce eye strain and chafing. I've been staring at computer screens almost every day for 40 years now, mostly for just a few hours back then. As I got older I needed bifocals to treat presbyopia. I also suffer from glaucoma. I have noticed increased eye strain when using high resolution screens. Increasing the resolution per inch of screen surface reduces printing and other screen capabilities. Unfortunately, new screen types also increase blue light fatigue. I've been trying Spectrum glasses for the past few days and have found that they significantly reduce eye strain both with them on after using other glasses for most of the day and with Spectrum glasses during the day. In a way, this seems to clear the screen. According to the manufacturer, these glasses reduce blue light by 97%. The only problem I had with them is that they change colors on the screen. This isn't a problem unless you need to verify colors or do color correction. Spectrum glasses also come with near-clear or neutral lenses that reduce blue light by about 40%, which some may be okay with. Another suggestion I could make if you don't need glasses, order your glasses instead of the clip. A lens clip naturally changes the weight and feel of your glasses. Usually they pull the lens on the nose, changing the dynamics of vision.

Pros
  • High marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
