What I like best is the feature that detects a live wire without touching it. I recently removed the hood from my oven in preparation for installing a new microwave. I couldn't do all the work in one day, and when I got back I forgot which breaker I had to turn off to start work again. The proximity sensor worked great. I rated accuracy lower because it detected my AC voltage at 122.6 volts. This is higher than actually measured by a calibrated instrument. I also strongly recommend that if you intend to use alligator clips, you should purchase a separate set of cables rather than using adapter clips. Otherwise it is a very good meter.
