I have combined this with another product called the Quick20 Fabric Upholstery Repair Kit. Fixed the damage already done and placed them on top. I cut them in half to really hide the part my cat is after. They are really bigger to cover a larger area. Since then, the cat has not bothered about it. I would recommend this to anyone having the same problem. Specially designed for the center/back section of the sofa.
