I can't comment on mileage but as for the product itself it was very easy to install and I noticed a significant improvement in cabin air quality. Mice got into my garage and damaged the wiring. They peed under the hood and I could smell it in the car when it was raining. The retailer wanted to charge 4 times the price for this filter. I asked you for help and the installation was easy - less than 5 minutes. I drive a 2011 Range Rover Sport and it fits perfectly. If you're trying to decide whether or not to buy it, stop worrying and go for it! I'm really looking forward to doing more car-related tasks afterwards. FYI I also changed the engine filter. It was a bit more difficult, but definitely doable.
