This tool has helped us identify problems with our user experience that we otherwise would have missed! The interface could be improved - it's hard for some users (like myself) who aren't very tech savvy or computer literate in general to use this product without help from someone else at my organization/team. Also there are times when I need assistance just getting started using these tools so having an employee dedicated solely towards helping others learn how best utilize mouseflows products makes sense as well. We've been able solve issues like page load speed which was causing customers frustration within Google Analytics & other web analytic platforms such as Hotjar etcetera.
