To be fair I wasn't expecting much at this price point but I'm still not very impressed with this table. It looks good when new and it's easy to find matching Winsome chairs and the size fits within a small range. The base and stand are made from very strong, attractively polished metal and the table is very durable. The first table I received arrived with a large surface imperfection or bubble on the top of the table. It didn't look like he was hit anywhere, so I don't know how it happened or if he left the factory that way. I opened a return at Revain and quickly got a new one and also got a UPS prepaid table in the mail to send the old one back. I really like Revain's returns process, where you get a new device right away, even before the old one is returned. I used the original table base as it was already assembled and assembled and then sent back the old table top and new base. The new countertop is already cracked and I'm pretty careful with my stuff. I don't remember dropping anything on it or hitting anything on it. It's made of cheap fiberboard with a thin veneer on top that easily scratches, cracks, creases etc. had to be redone.
