POS - item arrived new out of the box and didn't work. I bought this during a cold snap but then the weather got warm again so I didn't take it out of the box until it got cold again. When I found it didn't work, the return window for a refund had closed. I wrote a bad review, so the company asked me to remove the review for a partial refund. They have never given me a partial or any other refund. I'll rewrite the bad review and add that along with the bad product, the customer service also sucks.
