I really like this massager. Operation is simple and straightforward, with simple instructions and clearly defined control buttons. It's easy to target specific muscle groups, which is what I like best. The massage heads of this device are as close as possible to real human hands in any mechanical device. These attachments are dense, stable, and when targeted to problem areas — in my case, the right trapezius and lats — they help break down the lactic acid in my muscles caused by my physical activity and associated discomfort. This massager is both relaxing and therapeutic. Even those who don't experience muscle tension associated with exercise can benefit from the calming effects of this device. I have found using it on my back and neck to be revitalizing and refreshing at the end of the day, even when I'm not experiencing any discomfort or when I have a few minutes to spare in the middle of the day. This massager also comes with a car charger. Personally, I don't recommend using this while driving; It would be too easy to get carried away by the relaxing effects, leading to inattention, which is very unwise when driving. This massager is an excellent deal in its price range. It's not a substitute for a well-trained professional massage therapist in my opinion, but it's a good second choice if you don't have the time or money to hire an experienced professional who knows what they're doing for an hour to work on you leave or ninety minutes.
