I had to update this review. Please do not buy this item. I tried using a steamer but never got the job done. The steamer released excess water (no steam) from time to time. I was so disappointed in the product that I just put it aside. I went back to reuse the steamer and the power light on the side came on but it didn't heat up. It really was a bad investment. I just have to throw it in the trash. What a waste.First reviewI seriously love it! I am so disappointed in this item. It was a bad investment on my part. I bought this item to keep my car interior clean. I tried it the first night I received it and it smelled as expected as it is a new product. I left it and tried again a few days later today 08/16/2020 and no difference. Holding the steamer is very uncomfortable as the hand and wrist will hurt after a while. I ignored the smell and continued to use the vaporizer, but the vapor didn't last 20 minutes like it was supposed to. You become the slave of filling this steamer. In addition to the price I paid for the item, I had to pay $119 to clear it from customs. What a waste. (Sorry I had to be honest, buy at your own risk). Do not buy based on the number of reviews as the reviews are on different products.
