The most impressive feature is that it automatically updates your clients when they upload an image/video from anywhere (mobile device). This way you do not need to call them every time something changes. You don't have to worry about calling your client either as you are able see everything just like looking at photos through Facebook. I think there should be more options added such as adding multiple pictures instead of having only one picture. It's great if you want to keep track of your clients' schedule and where the location is. Also it has a good customer service department so any questions you might have could easily be answered. If you're looking for something simple yet reliable then this is exactly what you need. We mainly used it to manage appointments but we did also use it for tracking locations.
